Unlike many other companies who might charge the lessee for each question that is asked, as part of this initial fee we will also answer any queries that the you or the solicitors may have and will provide all the documentation required for the purchase of your freehold.
 
However, we do recommend that a number of lessees look to purchase the freehold in unison (at the same time) to secure the best price for your freehold purchase. The more lessees willing to purchase the freehold and the more people that share the cost of the freehold purchase, the cheaper the freehold purchase will be per lessee.
