If tasks take longer than expected to be completed, there may be a number of dependencies involving Surveyors, Solicitors, the Freeholder, or the Courts – in the event that a Tribunal is necessary – that may delay the process. If you're unhappy with the services that we provide, please first give us a chance to put things right.
